Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or through our payment portal on nemo.sg

The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, nemo.sg will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.

nemo.sg takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any credit card details on record.

Singapore Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders below $60 to a Singapore address will be shipped by our standard courier for a flat rate of $6.00.* Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.

All domestic orders over $60 to a Singapore address will be shipped Free and by Express Courier. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.  

* Deliveries to Sentosa incur additional charges. You will be contacted directly after your order is made.

Gifting Deliveries

Specific delivery dates can be requested for Gift Sets. 

Upon checking out, please state your desired delivery date in the "Add a note to your order" box. You will also be able to leave a customised message in this box which we will print onto cards to accompany your gift. 

Malaysia, Indonesia

All international orders up to the value of $100 will be shipped by courier for a flat rate of $35.

International orders between $101 and $250 will be shipped by courier for a flat rate of $60

For international orders above $250, please contact us for postage charges.
