Compatible with most domestic shower hose.  Just connect and turn Nemo shower head onto existing Shower hose or Nemo anti-bacterial Shower hose (recommended).  *In case of incompatibility, please check before purchase.  Due to hygiene reasons, products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

When do I know it's time to replace the Sediment filter / Vitamin C Gel?
Average 30-40 days depending on usage and number of people using, water quality, water pressure and temperature.

Do I have to remove each time after use?
Do not remove it until Sediment filter / Vitamin C Gel filter lifespan ends.
